Yes — Silent Study works inside your Edgenuity tab, so it needs to stay open. It does prevent Edgenuity from logging you out for inactivity, so you can leave it running unattended.

The extension stops working and you will be asked to sign in again. Nothing renews on its own — buy another plan whenever you need more time.

No. Every plan is a one-time payment for a fixed length of access. Nothing renews automatically and no card is charged again unless you buy another plan yourself.

The four tiers — Essentials, General, Honors and AP — match the course levels on Edgenuity. Pick the tier with the same name as your course level. Every license is for one person: one email, one account, and it cannot be shared.

The extension runs in one place at a time. While it is signed in on one computer, signing in on another is refused — sign out of the extension there first, or end that session from your dashboard under Profile. Your dashboard can be open on as many devices as you like.

The moment your payment clears. Your key is activated automatically and you can sign in to the extension straight away.

Checkout is handled by Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards. Your card details are entered on Stripe and never touch our servers.

Payments are non-refundable. If you hit a technical problem that stops the bot from working, contact us on Discord and we will extend your access time instead.
