最近的新生活公約

不知道哪根筋不對了，我突然想要開始減肥。是的，減肥。

這是個人從小到大都沒有想過的，我以前最自豪的就是我那竹竿般的身材，當初交大唸完去鳳山接受步兵預官訓的時候，體重是51公斤，對，51。那個入伍照片我現在全部銷毀了，因為怎麼看都怎麼像是一個煙毒犯的照片。連周老師聽到這個消息，第一時間反應是「我有把你操成這樣？」當然沒啦老師，是我自己在亂，要不然我最少也有56公斤的。

這個5字頭的體重離我很久了，退伍下來變成59，結婚，進中研院，開始接受定期的健身訓練，體重就一路往上攀升，68是我記得最後在中研院的體重。這個過程是三年。不過，來到美國唸書，不知道怎麼樣，覺得這邊的飯很好吃，所以我的碳水化合物是以前攝取量的三倍，體重又往上升級，75！

夠了！

應該開始我的減肥計畫，第一步就是回去我最熟悉的健身房，光是心肺訓練就要50分鐘，這一像是我能逃就逃的項目，不過看到我那肥美的鮪魚肚，算了，跑！從沒想到我還可以跑出這種時間，光是熱量就可以消耗450-500大卡，加上訓練結束後的蒸汽浴，我想每次運動可以少550大卡。目前這個已經運作非常順利，每週最少做三次，目標是四到五次。

運動夠了就要節食，既然知道我愛吃白飯，那就少吃，可以沒吃到會餓，所以廖小豬精心設計「刻骨銘心初戀‧ 金銀（情侶從缺）套餐」。讓我每次只能吃一碗白飯，其他就用蔬菜跟沒什麼油脂的雞胸肉，還有大量的湯欺騙我的胃。之前在家吃飯老爸的習慣讓我們都是先喝湯再開始吃飯，可是到了美國，比較少煮湯，加上有人說什麼先喝湯會傷胃，所以就算了。沒想到在兩位生理學/解剖學專家的解釋之下，才知道胃是會自己調節胃酸分泌，平常胃囊在空的時候是扁平的，是個沒有氣的氣球。那我還客氣什麼，當然喝湯，這樣我就會飽了。這個實驗本週新開始，所以還要觀看效果，而且在沒有運動的時候要小心不要自己去搞出大飯桶的狀況出來。

我想如果真的可以瘦下來，精神會更好，也不會再繼續憂鬱，當然，我的褲子又可以穿了，耶～

這大概也算是本人對地球減碳省資源提供的貢獻了。
