[政治]破例推薦一個人 徐欣瑩

我很少遇到什麼人想推薦，一方面是我不覺得我有什麼推薦人的能耐，另外也是找不到什麼可以推薦的。但是這個人出乎意料的到處都說好，所以就破例一次吧。這下面是我一個學妹寄來的信，那就看看吧。

Dear 學長，

下面這篇文章，是我和朋友一起寫的，寫的都是事實與我們真心的感受，希望你能多了解欣瑩，她是交大的學姊， 也懇請你向新竹縣的親朋好友推薦她~~ 新竹縣很大，但相對於新竹市，它的 建設少得可憐(竹北算是少數好的) 。我們可以不用追究之前的蹣頇腐敗，但未來 新竹縣只有一席立委 ，這表示不管選出誰，接下來的三年 ，都只有那個人可以在中央為新竹縣說話 。投個票不費力但影響很大，而這次我保證是真的有優秀的人可以選擇了 ~~

徐欣瑩，成大量測系學士、交大土木系博士，也是台灣第一位衛星測量女博士，一個年輕、有膽識、又充滿熱忱的人。2005年新竹縣議員選舉，欣瑩以新人姿態清白參選，希望為老舊的政治體系注入新的生命力，受到民眾的熱烈迴響，最後在毫無黨派奧援的情況下，在竹北市以第二高票當選。 「很多人都認為參政是要撈錢或名利，基本的溫飽對欣瑩而言不是什麼問題了，我沒想過要坐豪華轎車或過奢華的生活，我只想要真正為竹北做點事。」，這是徐欣瑩2005 年參選縣議員感言。

不隨著政壇此起彼落的謾罵文化起舞，欣瑩秉著務實的工程師性格，善用理性數據與實際作為作為溝通的工具。縣議員為四年一任，但是欣瑩在擔任新竹縣議員的兩年內，任期才過一半，政見就已經兌現了將近八成。以台大至竹北設校一案為例，台大以「經費不夠」為由停頓了整整六年，各黨只見罵聲不見作為。而徐欣瑩展現手腕，主動列出了一份台大傑出校友名單要求台大募款，短短一年多，就募到了九億多元的經費，在今年十月也完成了竹北設校簽約儀式。

至於其餘她為民喉舌、奔走完成的事情就更是不計其數，讓竹北市民感動與讚賞的聲音，在此次的競選活動中，不斷地從民眾口中傳入義工們的耳裡。欣瑩在兩年前初試啼聲時，人家說政治是大染缸，跳進去很快就染黑了，勸她不要和進去。可是兩年過去了，欣瑩堅持「清廉從政、不分藍綠、只問民意」，她非但沒有被染黑，還企圖讓墨水變清澈。據說，她的高學歷還帶動了新竹縣議會進修的風潮。

｢朋友們很驚訝我有勇氣，因為堅持清白參選是吃力不討好。在民主政治腐爛之下，我出來參選只是想帶給台灣一個希望，如果今天我們只是想而不去改變，那一切都是空談。｣，這是徐欣瑩 2007年參選立委感言。

這次新竹縣立委的當選席次只有一席，欣瑩的參選也為原本單純的選情投入震撼彈，她的朋友們一方面訝異於她的膽識，卻也毫不意外她會做這個決定，更深刻的明白，欣瑩絕對不是為了個人權力及利益，而是真的想要為台灣這塊土地盡一份心力。「我唯一的政黨就是老百姓黨」、「我無皮無骨，透明化的仙風道骨」。 她沒有政黨的暗助，沒有財團當靠山，但欣瑩有的是年輕和熱忱、真誠和專業，如果能進入更具影響力的立法院，對我們一起生活的這塊土地的影響就會更加擴大。
